Biography of Nick Hanley

Nick Hanley was appointed Professor of Environmental Economics at the University in 2000.

Hanley is a graduate of the University of Stirling (BA) and worked there as a lecturer, Senior Lecturer and Reader until he was appointed Professor in the Institute of Ecology and Resource Management at the University of Edinburgh in 1997. He left Glasgow in 2004 to return to Stirling as Professor of Environmental Economics.
