Biography of John Parlane Kinloch
John Parlane Kinloch graduated MB from the University of Glasgow 1908 and MD 1913.
After qualifying he held many medical posts including working at Glasgow's Victoria Infirmary; becoming a medical officer in Ruchill fever hospital; appointed Deputy Medical Officer of Health at Aberdeen; and finally being appointed Chief Medical Officer for the Department of Health for Scotland in 1928 until his death in 1932.
