Biography of Alexander Inglis

Alexander Inglis, Canon of Glasgow, briefly succeeded Thomas Muirhead as Rector of the University from July 1501. He appointed the Principal Patrick Coventry to be Vice Rector until the election of the new Rector on 25 October that year.
