The William Barclay Memorial Scholarship was founded in 1983 in memory of the minister and theologian William Barclay. It is offered to a suitably qualified graduate student of Theology, from a university outwith the United Kingdom, who proposes to pursue full-time study or research in the University in a subject falling within Theology and Religious Studies.
