Hutcheson Bursary
Description
The Hutcheson Bursary was founded in 1641 by the lawyer Thomas Hutcheson (1590-1641) of Lambhill, for a Master of Arts to be employed as Librarian of the College. Its terms of foundation were subsequently modified and made open to Masters of Arts of the University about to enter a course of study in any of the Faculties of Divinity, Law or Medicine.
