Robert Taylor Stewart
Robert Taylor Stewart was born 26th January 1893 to Annie and Archibald Stewart of Paisley.
Robert was a member of the Scottish Clerks' Association and also the Paisley Abbey Choir. In 1914 he served with the University of Glasgow Officer Training Corps.
During the First World War Robert was in the 7th Royal Scots Fusiliers and fought at the Battle of Loos where he was gravely wounded. He died on the 28th September 1915 aged 22 and is buried in the Chocques Military Cemetery.
